The data controller for this website is A.G. Sarl — RCCM RB/COT/21 B 29433, Cotonou, Republic of Benin.

An evolution of the network's publishing structure is underway; this notice will be updated once the new entity is officially confirmed.

2. Data We Collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the following forms:

  • Contact / booking request (multi-step form): name, WhatsApp number, email (optional), desired dates, number of people, indicative budget, urgency level, and depending on the request type — number of rooms, experience level (activities), departure point (excursions), occasion (restaurants), free-text message.
  • Contact form: name, email, message.
  • Advertiser application (accommodation, activity, restaurant): business name, category, locality, description, address, contact name, WhatsApp, email, message, photos and presentation materials you submit.
  • Confirmed booking: name, WhatsApp, email, stay or activity dates, number of participants. For security and fraud-prevention purposes, your IP address and technical browser information (user-agent) are also recorded at the time of booking.
  • Event ticket purchase: name, WhatsApp, email, ticket quantity, and the transaction data required to process online payment through our payment provider.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Process your request, booking or application, and connect you with the relevant provider (accommodation, activity, restaurant, event organizer);
  • Contact you about your request, by email or WhatsApp;
  • Calculate and invoice the commission owed by partner advertisers;
  • Process payment for an event ticket through our payment provider;
  • Ensure site security and prevent fraud (IP address, user-agent on bookings).

4. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your personal data. It is shared only with:

  • The provider (hotel, villa, activity, restaurant, organizer) relevant to your request, so they can contact you and confirm your booking;
  • Our email provider (Gmail / Google LLC, United States), for notifications related to your request;
  • Our online payment provider, solely for event ticket purchases;
  • Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc., United States) and our database provider (Neon, Inc.), which technically store the data on behalf of the data controller.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained for as long as necessary to process your request and to meet the accounting and commercial obligations linked to bookings (commission invoicing), then archived or deleted within a reasonable period.

6. Cookies

This site currently uses no audience-measurement or advertising cookies. Should such a tool be activated, your consent would be requested beforehand and this policy would be updated accordingly.

7. Your Rights
